Computer poetry is warfare carried out by other means, a warfare against conventionality and language that has become automatized. Strange as it seems, our finite state automata have become the poet’s allies in this struggle, the long historical battle by which mankind pries into the surface of language to reveal its latent mysteries… R.W. Bailey, Computer Poems (1973)

All Roads to Eden
Adah bare knuckle watchman of Eden. glass heavens overlook the earth. megaphones, ears and things in the likeness of megaphones. ears overlook the earth. glass heavens watch over bare knuckle Eden. meek Aethiopia keeping their code close to their chasm. trees beget absences. every seventh angel, there is a tree fo4r saving the desire to transcend. every seventh angel keeps their code safe to their chest. begetting the absences that close their chasm. bare knuckle Adah of Eden. ears & things in the likeness of Adah fly away from their cravings. some mixed function is forsaken in the symbols hiding from their voices.
